Totally Restored 1950s Cyclemaster 32cc on Raleigh Cycle
This Cyclemaster was well restored by the previous owner, and repainted to match the superb Raleigh Cycle to which it is fitted. Electronic ignition has been fitted (and works efficiently).
It is unusual to find a Cyclemaster in such good condition.
It has been through our workshop: the carb and tank have been cleaned (standard procedure when acquiring a cyclemotor) and rear wheel bearings were done. To make it perfect it will need front wheel bearings sooner or later. The front light is not wired up. I’ve ridden it around the Sussex countryside and it runs well and attracts admiring glances wherever I go. (The photos below were taken in and around Alfriston).
It’s not registered. To ride it legally on the road you’ll need to get it dated and MOT’d and have it inspected by your local DVLA office. The relevant details for this are on the BuyVintage website.
